As the leaves turned orange and yellow, the sky a muted blue, Belle knew exactly what she wanted to do. She is one of the more festive types of PlushDragon, often indulging in holidays! One of her favorites is Halloween, and what's more Halloween-y than carving a pumpkin! She's often thought about Halloween and the beautiful colors of the leaves months before October, and now that October has finally come, she must carve a pumpkin! It may be 30 more days until the holiday is here, but she can't hold herself back.

Thought it was a little trouble to find a pumpkin this early into October, Belle found the perfect one. Almost half of her body size, the pumpkin dwarfed the little wagon she brought to bring her pumpkin back! She found herself having to move the pumpkin back home by herself, not wanting to destroy her wagon. After the tedious task of bringing the gourd back home, she sets everything she needs up to carve her new friend. She found her largest of knives, tons of towels to put on the ground (as to not ruin her wood floor,) and the most important, a candle. Gutting and carving the pumpkin was natural to her, as Belle carves around 5 pumpkins during each spooky month!

Finally, her pumpkin is finished. She gazes at the pumpkin happily, carving instrument still in her maw. The goofy expression on her pumpkin smiles back at her, and she gently sets the candle into the pumpkin. It's been a long day of hard work, so instead of trying to drag her pumpkin outside to display, she simply falls over into a deep sleep on the floor.
