Polaris sees a burning star crash while flying through the night sky, and lands on the beach to investigate. It seems as though a glasslike structure broke upon the rocky shoreline, the vessel empty but bright. She quietly makes note of where it is and what's there in some detail, before heading across the island to visit Roswell and get his assistance in identifying and moving the strange vehicle.
