Umbra slowly makes her way up the large, icy mountain. The snow glimmers purple with the evening sun and the hibernating trees create a stark black dichotomy against the plush sky. After finding a spot to start looking, a comfortable nook between peaks, she notices a cave. While looking around the outside of the cave, Umbra finds some fresh footprints. She cannot tell whether they go inside or outside of the cave, so she explores the outside mountain tundra. Light snow begins to fall, and she hopes the tracks are not covered. Quickly, she goes on her way to find the Baby Yeti.

After an hour of searching, the snow begins to falter. Thankfully the tracks remain intact. Eventually, Umbra finds herself in a dense forest of green pines. Night begins to take over the strained evening light, though Umbra does not mind. She continues her endeavor, the tracks looping between trunks of pine trees. She finds a poof of white fur; is that the Yeti? With excitement fueling her, she rushes towards the floof ball! Though, the poor animal is scared and runs; an arctic hare. With a huff of disappointment, Umbra sits down. She leans against a tree and looks up at the darkening sky. The Aurora Borealis makes itself present and colors dance in the sky. Anger leaves her system, and she almost begins falling asleep... until the crunching of snow. Ears perked, wings out, and fully alert, Umbra rushes up. Who could it be this time? Not the hare, most likely, that one is long gone...
