You stand in front of a brightly colored building, glittering with fun shapes and designs all along the structure. Normally something like this would stick out against the more homey, cozy buildings surrounding it; but somehow, this place manages to feel like it just... belongs. You grasp the doorknob, turning it slowly, and are greeted with a faint honk sound as you enter. The shop is lined wall to wall with party supplies, some little companions bustling about on the floor in front of you. CeCe greets you with her usual, bright expression.
